Where Can I Ride in New Zealand?

I decided I want to have an epic summer riding with my daughter Dani. 

So, I went online and asked everyone for their favourite spots in New Zealand, most within a few hours of Auckland.

Because it's one thing to google and see places online, but, it's another to hear it from people who have been their first hand.
